Processing Your Order

Depending on your ordered item, the processing/tailoring time will differ slightly.

Made-To-Order Items

Most of our products are Made-to-Order, meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been confirmed. It can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it can be shipped.

Shipping Information

Shipping time differs for different places.

While we strive to deliver every package on time and in perfect condition, once it leaves our facilities, the delivery process is handled by our trusted partners. 

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please understand that we are not directly responsible. However, we are committed to assisting you in any way possible. 

Before contacting us, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. **Double-check your tracking number:** This will provide the most up-to-date information on your package’s status.

2. **Review the delivery information:** See if the package was marked as “delivered” to a safe location or with a neighbor who accepted it on your behalf.

3. **Contact the delivery company directly:** If the tracking information hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or shows any discrepancies, reach out to the delivery company using the information on their website.

 Your Package Shows Delivered, But You Haven’t Received It?

 

Here are some steps to help:

1. Check Around:

Ask neighbors, housemates, building managers, or leasing offices. They might have received the package accidentally. This happens more often than you think!

2. Allow Time for Delivery:

Wait 24 hours if the package was marked delivered recently (unless urgent). Sometimes, carriers scan packages as delivered early.

Contact us after 48 hours if the package still hasn’t arrived.

3. Confirm Delivery (Optional):

Please confirm delivery within 7 days (optional). This helps us keep our records accurate.

 Your Package is Still on Its Way!

We understand you’re eager to receive your package, and it shows as “In Transit” on the tracking information. Here’s what this means:

Possible Delay: The carrier might have encountered a delay and adjusted the estimated delivery window.

Recent Update is Good News: If the tracking status was updated within the last 2-3 days, there’s no need to worry! It simply means your package is still moving towards you.

If you’re still concerned after a few days without an update, you can always:

Contact the carrier directly for the most recent information. They have the most up-to-date details about your package’s location and delivery timeframe.

 Your Package Delivery is Pending – Here’s What To Do

We understand your package’s status might show as “Pending Delivery,” which can be frustrating. Here’s what you can do:

1. Contact the Carrier Directly:

They often have the most up-to-date information and can explain the pending status. It could be due to:

Delivery delays due to weather or safety concerns.

Issues on the carrier’s end.

2. Reach Out to Us (if carrier can’t help):

If you’ve contacted the carrier and they can’t assist, please contact our customer service team with your order number and any details about the issue. We’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

When to Order

Here’s how we calculate your delivery time:

Processing/Tailoring Time: This depends on the product and its complexity (e.g., tailoring a wedding dress takes longer than shipping a pre-made accessory). Check the product’s information page for specific details.

Shipping Time: This is based on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll see the estimated shipping time at checkout.

Combined, these times give you the total delivery window. This will be displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

A few additional points to note:

Multiple items? We ship them together, so the longest processing/tailoring time applies to your entire order.

Busy season? Expect slightly longer processing times between January and March.

Ready-made items? We recommend ordering at least 1 month in advance.

Made-to-order items? Allow 3-4 months for tailoring and shipping, especially for complex items like wedding dresses. This buffer helps avoid delays due to unforeseen events.
